I’ve had the privilege of serving and representing you on City Council the last four years and am hoping to earn your trust and support again this autumn.

I grew up in Markham and started calling Ottawa home in 2009, first temporarily as a university student, but permanently after deciding in third year I was not moving back. In 2014, I started my career with OC Transpo as a bus operator. I ended up spending a lot of time in Barrhaven as a result of the routes I drove, which became a factor in my decision to move here in 2019 (plus my wife’s family is here).

Barrhaven East is my community, too. My wife and I welcomed our first child last year, and we plan to raise our young family in the community we love, so how our future is shaped and how we achieve that together is not just close to my heart, it’s personal.

From fighting sprung structures to resolving concerns at your street corner, from voting against Lansdowne 2.0 to advocating for appropriately-sized  (and adequately-powered) sidewalk plows, I have a proven record of solutions-oriented action, advocacy, and information sharing for our community. Count on me to continue being a practical and responsive leader for Barrhaven East, to fight for what’s important to you, and to move our community forward.
